YOU’RE GOOD AT :
- You have a knack for ideation and conceptualization, creating solutions for a variety of media including video, design, digital, and technology.
- You’re able to develop and lead concepts and campaigns, working with multidisciplinary teams from creative brief to final deliverable, and you’re comfortable presenting work to clients and delivering the reasoning for content decisions.
- You’re experienced at copywriting for various media in all aspects of innovative creative writing from scriptwriting for video to writing for digital technology.
- You have a strong ability to understand complex, sometimes technical briefs and translate business language and processes into compelling creative concepts and engaging stories.
- You’ve worked on ATL, BTL, and digital content, and you’re versatile at creating and curating content.
- You’re skilled at translating business language, processes, and complex ideas into compelling headlines, taglines, and scripts, and conceptualizing emotive ideas.
- You can develop and implement social media strategy for social media channels in alignment with the goals of & all’s content marketing, brand identity, and company culture programs in order to drive brand awareness and affinity
- Position the company as the thought leader and create new and innovative ways to engage social audiences
- Identify and lead the company into new areas of digital engagement beyond existing channels through competitive research, audience identification and strategy
- Establish consistency of brand communication across platforms
- Translate marketing strategies into the creative narration, to ensure that content meets brand and business objectives.
- Able to change customer perceptions and behaviours with compelling concepts and copywriting

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Love storytelling, brand creation and building from scratch
- Are creative and innovative and your heart beats for good content
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a professional services environment, advertising agency, or design agency
- You’ve built a strong portfolio
- You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ years of work experience in handling social media
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Must understand the best practices of prominent digital and social media channels
- Project management skills and understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement and leads
- Bonus Skill: Prior experience in writing for tech or tech companies.
